Partners Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX-V: CRH.UN) announces distribution of $0.01333 per unit
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct.. 15, 2009) - Partners Real Estate Investment Trust (“Partners REIT”) is pleased to announce a $0.01333 per unit distribution for October 2009. The distribution will be paid on November 13, 2009 to unitholders of record on October 30, 2009.
Partners REIT currently has approximately 18,431,264 trust units outstanding.
Distribution Reinvestment Plan
Partners REIT offers a distribution reinvestment plan whereby residents of Canada may elect to have their cash distributions reinvested in additional units of Partners REIT. Currently, approximately 8% of the total issued and outstanding units have enroled in the plan.
Partners REIT: Partners Real Estate Investment Trust is an open‑end real estate investment trust established under the laws of the Province of Ontario.
